Dr Luis F. Olmedo M.D. serves as HIMAHEALTH medical director and is a board-certified pediatrician with a subspecialty in adolescent medicine within the HIMAHEALTH network. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University Pediatric Hospital. Dr. Olmedo continued his training as a fellow in adolescent medicine at the Children’s Hospital Medical Center.
Dr. Olmedo is currently working as the medical director for both the HIMA San Pablo Hospital and HIMAHEALTH. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Committee on Adolescent Medicine Society of Adolescent Medicine and the Colegio de Médicos y Cirujanos de Puerto Rico.
