Dr. Ulises Lisandro Nobo, M.D.

Ulises Lisandro Nobo M.D. is a board-certified neurology and board-certified vascular neurology within the HIMAHEALTH network. He received his medical degree from the University of Buenos Aires School of Medicine.
Dr. Nobo’s post-graduate work included an internship in internal medicine at Danbury Hospital, Danbury, Connecticut. He then completed a Neurology residency at the University of Southern California, where he became chief resident at the end of his training. Afterward, he completed a fellowship in cerebrovascular medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine. Following the completion of his stroke fellowship, he returned to Argentina, where he was appointed as a junior staff in the department of cerebrovascular diseases at FLENI, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Dr. Nobo returned back to the USA, where among other things, he served as the medical director of the Stroke Center Norton Healthcare, Louisville, Kentucky. Currently, he is the acting director of the Stroke Center at HIMA Hospital, Caguas, Puerto Rico, where he has been practicing since December 2006.
Societies and memberships include American Heart Association, Stroke Council. He is also a Board member of the Greatest Southeast Affiliate of the American Heart Association.
